PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE GRIB PRODUCERS (NOAA, DWD...) FOR BULK DOWNLOADS. Allez chercher les données directement à la source (NOAA, DWD ...)

Hello David and others,
I made a minor adjustment to the colors_reflect_dbz.txt file that might be useful to other users also. So far low and negative dBZ values lead to a predominantly white background. In stead of that, this small modification makes those - non precipitation - values transparent. In my opinion this is both clearer and more consistent with the way other parameters are displayed.
