OpenCPN and XyGrib are two different programs. OpenCPN is a marine navigation program with route planning. It also uses grib files to visualize weather.
XyGrib is purely for visualization of weather and for this, it has more functions than OpenCPN. Both programs read GRIB files to get the weather data.

There is a plan to create a version of XyGrib for Android but not in the immediate future.

OpenCPN est un programme de navigation maritime avec planification d'itinéraire. Il utilise également des fichiers grib pour visualiser la météo. XyGrib est purement pour la visualisation de la météo et pour cela, il a plus de fonctions que OpenCPN. Les deux programmes lisent les fichiers GRIB pour obtenir les données météo. Il y a un plan pour créer une version de XyGrib pour Android mais pas dans le futur immédiat.
